The Interim/Mid-term Report we produce is a helpful tool in allowing both Letting Agents and Landlords know how their Tenant(s) is/are treating and looking after their property.

Although the Report is not as detailed as our Inventory, Check-out/End-of-Tenancy Report; it is a key tool used to identify potential breaches of tenancy agreement, damages or misuse, overall cleanliness and other helpful areas that may be of concern.
